This policy explains what personal data Fluentia Language Institute ("Fluentia", "we", "us") collects through this website, WhatsApp and La Mission du Dimanche, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

• La Mission du Dimanche: your first name and email address when you join.
• WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the messages you send us, when you contact us or book a free assessment. This may include your child's first name, age and level if you share them.
• Email: your email address and what you write, if you contact us by email.
• Website visits: our website host (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and secure the site. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies.

How we use it

• To send you La Mission du Dimanche and your free parent guide, based on your consent.
• To reply to your questions and to arrange and run your free assessment and lessons.
• To keep our website secure and working.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our services, and they process data on our behalf:

• Kit (kit.com), our email service for La Mission du Dimanche.
• WhatsApp / Meta, for messaging.
• Cloudflare, to host this website.

Some of these providers are located outside the UAE, so your data may be processed in other countries. We only use providers that have appropriate safeguards in place.

Children

This website is for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children through the website. Information about a child, such as their age or level, is shared by a parent or guardian and used only to arrange and run their lessons.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are on La Mission du Dimanche or in contact with us, and delete them when you ask or when we no longer need them.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from La Mission du Dimanche at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to [email protected].
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This won't affect anything we did before.

We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
